Position Overview:

In the role of Vacation Planner at Magical Destinations Travel, you'll be tasked with creating bespoke travel plans that cater specifically to the desires and requirements of our clients. You'll collaborate closely with them from the first consultation through their post-trip feedback to ensure their experiences surpass expectations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to grasp their holiday aspirations, likes/dislikes, budgets, and any special needs.

• Investigate destinations, lodging options, transport choices, activities as well as local highlights.

• Craft comprehensive itineraries offering distinctive adventures while ensuring all logistics are perfectly aligned.

• Arrange bookings for flights/accommodations/cruises/tours/activities according to client wishes.

• Offer expert guidance on travel necessities including visas/vaccines/insurance when required.

• Stay informed about worldwide travel trends/destinations/providers/vendors etc.

• Maintain regular communication with clients via phone/email/video calls during planning phases until after trip completion satisfaction survey is conducted!

Qualifications:

Experience in Travel Planning/Tourism/Hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm matters! Strong organizational talents & keen attention-to-detail are crucial Excellent interpersonal skills both written & spoken – Familiarity with booking systems/travel tech tools beneficial – Capability to work autonomously within deadlines managing various tasks simultaneously
