Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask efficiently. As a Reservation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless booking experiences for our clients while supporting the overall operations of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online booking systems.

• Accurately enter reservation details into our system while verifying information with clients.

• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

• Collaborate with other departments such as front desk, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.

• Monitor room availability and coordinate with management on maximizing occupancy rates.

• Assist in handling special requests or modifications from guests professionally.

• Maintain organized records of bookings and update databases regularly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required.

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service is highly desirable.

• Proficient computer skills including MS Office Suite; experience with reservation software is an advantage but not required.

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
